As a somatic movement & mind-body fitness trainer, I bring a comprehensive approach to my sessions, drawing on my athletic background, yoga expertise, and first-hand experience with injury recovery. Clients benefit not only from tailored workout plans that cater to their unique needs but also from compassionate guidance and understanding of the mental aspects of the fitness journey.

Yoga: From calming Hatha and restorative yoga to dynamic and powerful practices, each session aims to enhance your physical and mental well-being, promoting relaxation, balance, and mindfulness. I impart not only the physical aspects of yoga and movement but also emphasize its mental and spiritual dimensions, creating a well-rounded and enriching practice for clients.

About Erin:

I am a somatic movement teacher with a passion for holistic well-being and movement patterns. I have created a unique approach to creating more expansion and spaciousness in our bodies, minds, and breath through the use of spirals, waves, and non-linear movement patterns.

​

From a young age, sports played a pivotal role in my life, as both team and individual activities became integral to my identity. This experience helped me develop a deep understanding of the physical and mental benefits of an active lifestyle that I want to share with others.
