Are consultations in-person or virtual?While you will receive the same quality of care for both, it is highly recommended your initial consultation is in-person so any relevant physical or diagnostic investigations can be carried out. It is your decision whether your follow-up consultations are conducted virtually or in-person.

What if I live outside of the US?Virtual consultations are available for those living outside the US. Restrictions apply when posting botanical medicines and supplements to some countries. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

How many consultations do I need?This depends on your individual case and level of commitment. While you may only need one consultation for a detox regime or help with addressing an ailment, some conditions may require between 3-12 months of care.

What do I need to do before my consultation?Please complete the health questionnaire and consent forms emailed to you prior to the consultation. Please provide any results from blood or medical tests taken in the last 12 months, and any supplements, herbs or pharmaceutical medications relevant to your condition/you’re current taking.

How much do botanical medicines usually cost?Budgetary restrictions, costs and the preferred form of botanical medicine will be discussed in your consultation. As an example, one botanical tincture in the US is approx. $100/mth, and teas and powders are approx. $25/mth.

Do you offer functional testing?Yes, but only when absolutely necessary. Common testing includes: nutrient profiling, thyroid profiling, oestrogen metabolism analysis, hormonal health profiling and heavy metal testing.

What is your payment and cancellations policy?Consultation fees must be paid 24 hours in advance via bank transfer or supplied payment link. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least one business day in advance so waiting list clients can be notified. Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the fee.

Should people with histamine intolerance eat/drink ferments?People with histamine intolerance should generally avoid fermented foods and beverages, as the histamine levels in foods increase as they age, spoil, or ferment. But do not worry – there are loads of other workshop topics that you can enjoy and benefit from.

What is your payment and cancellations policy?Bookings can only be transferred to a future course of the same value (or the difference needs to be paid). Refunds are not possible. You can transfer your booking to another participant.
